The agenda is as follows: 1. Call to order - prayer. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of agenda 4. Declaration of conflicts of interest 5. Public comment Administrative 6. Public Meeting/Discussion/ Decision - Cottonwood DA Amendment- Cottonwoods Development Agreement Amendment - A request to approve an amendment to the Cottonwoods Development Agreement to remove specific properties from the bounds of the land specified in the development agreement, effectively reverting it from a lot within the Cottonwoods Development back to a parcel within the county. Legislative 7. Public Hearing/Discussion/Decision -Household Pets TA- Household Pets Code Text Amendment - A request to approve an amendment to the Morgan County Code section 155.008: Definitions. 8.
