- NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE The STANSBURY GREENBELT SERVICE AREA OF TOOELE COUNTY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The STANSBURY GREENBELT SERVICE AREA OF TOOELE COUNTY tax on a $487,000 residence would increase from $374.99 to $412.89, which is $37.90 per year. - The STANSBURY GREENBELT SERVICE AREA OF TOOELE COUNTY tax on a $487,000 business would increase from $681.80 to $750.70, which is $68.90 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, STANSBURY GREENBELT SERVICE AREA OF TOOELE COUNTY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 10.11% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the PUBLIC HEARING 11/6/2024 6:00 P.M.
