Eagle Scout Project. Request to fix the Barker Park Compass Course for an Eagle Scout Project. Requestor: Drake Jackson. 6:20 P.M. 4. Public Hearings a. Commercial Planned Unit Development (CPUD) Overlay Zone. Consideration of a proposal to amend the zoning ordinance to establish a Commercial Planned Unit Development (CPUD) Overlay Zone, Ordinance 2024-20. (Presenters: Amy Mabey and Tammy Eveson) b. R-5 Zone Text Amendment. Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, commencing at 6:00 PM. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for these meetings should call the Pleasant View City Office at 801-782-8529, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. The City Council at its discretion may change the order and times of the agenda items.
