- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annabella Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Monday, September 23, 2024 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Council chambers located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Chairman Kent Poulson conducting. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) I. Planning Commission 6:00 p.m. A. Roll call B. Approval of minutes II. Appointments: A. Richard Larmouth, 181 South 500 West, inquiry regarding the short-term rental process B. Taya Jensen, 457 East 270 South, building permit C. Mike & Bonnie Engebritson, 95 West Center, request to split property D. Mathew Lenhart, Jones & DeMille, discuss construction standards III. Business A. Discussion and review of updates to Annabella's subdivision ordinance B. Consider scheduling a public hearing regarding updated subdivision ordinance C. Current conditional use permit applications D. Current building permit applications E. Other business IV. Adjourn.
