- Notice is hereby given The Mayor and City Council of Helper City, A Municipal Corporation will hold a regular meeting on the 19th day of January 2023. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm. 1- Call to order. 2- Pledge of Allegiance. 3- Roll call. 4- Public Comment. 5- Welcoming and Belonging Proclamation. 6- Discussion and possible approval of updating Helper City's digital radios to over-the-air programming for $1,167. 7- Discussion and possible approval of repairs to or purchase of a new pump for the pool playground. 8- Discussion and possible approval of installing heating and cooling in the Rio Theater basement. 9- Discussion and possible approval of Fraud Risk Assessment. Reports only from Council Members and Department Heads. Possible closed session. Adjournment:
