- BEAR RIVER CITY * NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A REQUEST TO REZONE PROPERTY AT 5410 N 4700 W BEAR RIVER, UT FROM RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL * PUBLIC HEARING: The Planning Commission of Bear River City, Utah will hold a Public Hearing on the 19th Day of September, 2024 at the Civic Center at 5871 N 4700 W, Bear River, Utah at the hour of 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider a request to rezone property at 5410 N 4700 W. from Residential to Commercial. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. Published by order of the Bear River City Planning Commission. In compliance with the Americans with disabilities act, individuals needing special accommodations including auxiliary communicative aids and serviced during the meeting should notify the Planning Commission Secretary at 801-791-5330 at least 48 hours in advance.
