NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 7, 2024 at the City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: 1. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate Lot 21, Ancestor Estates Phase 3, from the subdivision plat. 2. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate a public utility and drainage easement located on the southern boundary of Lot 12, Ancestor Estates Phase 2. 3. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate a municipal utility easement located on the easterly boundary of Lots 11 and 30, Woodhaven Estates Subdivision.
