- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF UTAH COUNTY, UTAH WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS, ROOM 1400 OF THE UTAH COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING 100 EAST CENTER STREET, PROVO, UTAH April 24, 2024 - 2:00 pm *When necessary, board members may participate electronically, with the anchor location as stated above.* You may watch the meeting live on YouTube under the heading UTAH COUNTY GOVERNMENT or by going to the link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkRYDnXVDLGv9792bhWn9Wg/videos AGENDA 1. APPROVE THE MINUTES FROM THE DECEMBER 20, 2023 MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF UTAH COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC MEETING. - Alice Black/Clerk 2. APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE SIGNING OF FORM 8038-CP: RETURN FOR CREDIT PAYMENTS TO ISSUERS OF QUALIFIED BONDS (COMPUTERSHARE TRUST COMPANY). - Paul Jones/Attorney PUBLIC COMMENTS NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Alice Black at 801-851-8215.
