- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday October 7, 2024 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the September 16th, 2024 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 Dale & Christine Dotson water update 3. 5:15 Consider adopting Ordinance No 9.3.24 AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF A STREET 4. 5:25 Business License for Cole Wilson 5. 5:35 Fee schedule review for audit 6. 5:45 Al Garcia: Discuss and consider property rezoning 7. 5:55 Consider rezoning other properties that were discussed during the public hearing 8. 6:05 Quarterly budget review 9. 6:15 Follow up on property clean up 10. 6:20 Recreation league business 11. 6:25 Discuss P&Z recommendation for new board member 12. 6:30 Pay bills 13. 6:35 Other business Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting electronically.
