- SF Logo Wednesday, April 10, 2024 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Approval of Minutes A. March 27, 2024 2. Final Plat A. WILLOW ESTATES (FORMERLY JOHNSON SUBDIVISION) PLAT B. This proposal involves the approval of a Final Plat for a Master Planned Development of 32 residential lots located at 1100 South 3440 East. 3. Site Plan A. GENERAL AVIATION SOUTH HANGARS PROJECT. This proposal involves improvements to the Spanish Fork City Airport, including the addition of 36 hangars located at 2050 North 300 West. 4. Utility Improvement A. WEST AIRPORT SEWER LIFT STATION. This proposal involves the improvement of utilities located near the Spanish Fork City airport located at 904 West 2700 North. 5. General Plan A. TRANSPORTATION MASTER PLAN REVISIONS (24.02 TMP REVISIONS). The proposal involves various revisions to the Transportation Master Plan. 6. Adjourn
