- PUBLIC NOTICE: The Grantsville City Council will hold a Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16th, 2024 at 429 East Main Street, Grantsville UT 84029. The agenda is as follows: AGENDA: 1. Public Comment 2. Summary Action Items a. Approval of Minutes from the October 2nd, Regular Meeting b. Approval of Bills 3. Consideration of Resolution 2024-84 Amending The Grantsville City Standards, Preconstruction Plans, And Subdivision Review Fees To Require 3-Inch Minus A-1-A Material Or Alternatives Approved By The City For Backfill Material 4. Consideration of Resolution 2024-85 approving Deseret Meadows PUD 5. Accepting the petition for Wayne Boyer to Annex property into Grantsville City Limits 6. Council Reports 7. Closed Session (Imminent Litigation, Personnel, Real Estate) 8. Adjourn
