- TOWN OF STERLING COUNCIL MEETING 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD ITS REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING ON TUESDAY, October 15, 2024. TO BEGIN FOLLOWING THE SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING AT 7:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. Agenda shall be as follows: Welcome by Mayor Zeb Wignall Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Approval Of Minutes from Previous Meeting. Appointment of New Town Council Member. Discussion and vote on Impact Fee Plan and Ordinance. Cade Penny; CDBG Project Discussion Additional Discussion(s) not to be voted on. Report of Officers - Boards - Committees Approve Payment of Bills Adjournment Items on the agenda (which require no published notice of time) may be considered earlier than shown on the agenda. **Items added to the original agenda which was posted on April 12th, 2024 are highlighted. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING NOTICE AND AGENDA I, the duly appointed and acting Recorder for the Town of Sterling, Utah, hereby certify that copies of the foregoing Notice and Agenda were posted at three public places within the municipality; emailed or hand delivered to the Mayor and Town Officers, posted on http://pmn.utah.gov this 12th day of April, 2024.
