- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL will hold a regular council meeting on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Emma Epperson with Utah State University to present the Wellsville City wellbeing survey results of 2024. 9. Chad Wright to discuss the continued collaboration with Nibley City and Wellsville City with the youth sports programs. 10. Department reports 11.
