- Legal Notice of Public Hearing Proposed changes to Bear River Health Department Fees Schedule. Wednesday, October 9, 2024 6:00 p.m. Bear River Health Department Brigham City Building 817 Parker Lane Brigham City, UT The Bear River Board of Health will hold a public hearing at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, on proposed changes to the fee structure. This public hearing will be held at the Bear River Health Department Brigham City Building: 817 Parker Lane, Brigham City, UT. Copies of the proposed fee structure are available for review as an attachment to this notice or on the Bear River Health Department's website: www.brhdut.gov.
