Please limit your comments to 3 minutes. The council may or may not respond to non-agenda issues brought up under public comment. Those wishing to comment should state their full name and address, and whom they represent on the subject matter to be addressed. No person shall interrupt legislative proceedings. 3. Councilmember as needed. 9. CLOSED SESSION - The Council may vote to discuss certain matters in Closed Session pursuant to Utah Code Annotated 52-4-205(d). 10.
