- Planning and Zoning Meeting Public Notice is hereby given that the Lewiston City Planning & Zoning Commission will meet in a rescheduled meeting at 29 South Main St., Lewiston, UT, in the Club Room, on Wednesday, September 4, 2024. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. Agenda 1. Call to Order - Pledge of Allegiance 2. Public Comment Period - Comments will be listened to with no action taken. Items needing action will be placed on next month's agenda by request. Individuals will be given 3 minutes to comment. 3. Approval of the planning commission meeting minutes from: August 7, 2024. 4. Business - Action Items- Lot Split Subdivision Request Landon Hyer - Hyer Farms LLC (Parcel #09-090-0013) & Reed & Barbara Snyder Living Trust (Parcel #09-090-0007) 5. Other Business - None 6. City Business - Discussion on required update to the Subdivision code and retaining Rural Community Consultants, Mike Hansen for the project. Adjourn
