- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Helper City, a municipal corporation will hold the regular meeting on the 19th day of September 2024. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm. Agenda 1. Call to order. 2. Pledge. 3. Roll call. 4. Approval of minutes from meetings on August 21, 2024. 5. Discussion and possible approval of business license and conditional use for Miss Tiff's Preschool at 321 S 100 W, proposed by Tiffany Iriart. 6. Public Hearing on a zoning map amendment at 746 Royal St. Parcel Number 1A-1403-0000, proposed by Daniel Dayton. 7. Discussion and possible approval of a recommendation to the City Council on a zoning map amendment at 746 Royal St. Parcel Number 1A-1403-0000, proposed by Daniel Dayton. Public Comment: Adjournment: The public is invited to submit questions or comments 24 hours before the meeting on agenda items only by calling (435) 472-5391 or emailing deputyrecorder@helpercity.net. I Shaley Vasquez, Helper City Deputy Recorder, do hereby certify the above notice and agenda was posted on the 19th day of August 2024 at City Hall and the Utah Public Notice Website. The agenda was provided to the media at least 24 hours before such a meeting. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Helper will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Request for assistance can be made by calling (435) 472-5391 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.
