- Public Hearing Opening and amending the 2024 Budget to hear public comment Agenda Emery County Special Service District #1 Box Room @ 10:00 a.m. October 14, 2024 Approval of Sept 9, 2024 meeting minutes. OPEN PUBLIC HEARING: to receive public comment regarding amending the 2024 budget. Discuss/Approve the amended 2024 budget. Discuss/Approve the Fall Crack Seal Project bids and award the lowest qualified bidder a contract. Discuss/Approve the Ferron West and Castle Dale Dips repair project and award the contracts to the lowest qualified bidder. Discuss/Approve J&T Engineering contracts for Ferron West and Castle Dale Dip Repair Projects. Discuss/Approve J&T Contract for Fall Crack Seal Project. Discuss/Approve J&T Contract for the 4 BLM Dips South of the San Rafel Bridge and Ferron West Dip permit. Johansen and Tuttle Engineering - Report on current projects. Green River 9-Mile Dip BLM Desert Dip #1 BLM Desert Dip #2 BLM Desert Dip #3 BLM Desert Dip #4 Castle Dale Dip Repair Ferron West Dip Repair Discuss/Approve any change orders generated from work on current projects. Board Member reports and any other business that may come before the Board. Approval of payment of bills, financial reports, and distribution of Mineral Lease funds. Payment of Bills presented by Jan Olsen: Approval of the Distribution of mineral lease revenue: For June, in the gross amount of $168,779.59less the Carbon shift of $50,920.00 for a net amount of $117,859.59 to be distributed as follows: After EEMSSD's 5% of $5,892.98, the remaining amount for distribution to the following Districts is $111,966.61 ECSSD#1 - 47% $ 52,624.31 Fire SSD - 16% $ 17,914.66 CVSSD - 16% $ 0.00 Capped $225K Rec SSD - 16% $ 0.00 Capped $225k North Emery Water Users - 5% $ 0.00 Capped $75k __________________________________________________ Remainder $ 41,427.64 Adjourn. The next meeting will be held on November 11, 2024.
