- Notice is hereby given that the Perry City Council will hold, in the City Council Chambers at 1950 South Highway 89 in Perry, a public hearing to receive public comment regarding Resolution 2024-15 Adopting a Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget Amendment. This public hearing, starting at approximately 7:15 p.m. will be held in conjunction with the Perry City Council meeting, which starts at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 26, 2024. After the public hearings, the proposed Resolution may be adopted, with or without changes, in the same public meeting. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome and shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Copies of the proposed Resolution and Ordinance are available for public review in the office of the City Recorder located at 1950 S. Highway 89 Ste. A, Perry, Utah.
