- 2024 NOTICE OF GENERAL ELECTION TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2024 I, Jonathan T. Whittaker, Iron County Clerk, hereby give notice of the General Election that will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. General Election Information Ballots will be mailed out to all eligible voters beginning October 15, 2024. Voters must be of legal voting age, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of the voting precinct in which they are registered. If you have re-registered by the below deadlines, we will mail you a ballot to your new address. Voters can check their registration status and view specific sample ballots online at www.vote.utah.gov, call (435) 477-8340 or email clerk.group@ironcounty.net Important Dates and Deadlines: Sept 20 UOCAVA ballots mailed to eligible voters Oct 10: Logic and Accuracy test to be held at 68 S 100 E, Parowan UT at 2:00 p.m. Oct 15: Ballots mailed to all eligible registered voters Oct 25: Last day to register to vote by mail, in person, or electronic by 5:00 p.m. Oct 29-Nov 1: Early voting; see early voting locations, dates and times below Oct 29: Last day to request an absentee ballot Nov 4: Mailed ballots must be POSTMARKED with postage Nov 5: Election Day; see Election Day locations, date, and time below Nov 5: Unofficial Election results will be posted after 9:00 p.m. Nov 12: Election Audit at 2:00 p.m. in clerks office Nov 18: Canvass of the Primary Election at 10:00 a.m. Early Voting Location, Dates and Times: - Iron County Courthouse, 68 S 100 E, Parowan - Enoch City 900 E Midvalley Rd, Enoch - Heritage Center 105 N 100 E, Cedar City o Oct 29 - Nov 1, from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m Election Day Voting Centers, Polls Open 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. - Iron County Courthouse, 68 S 100 E, Parowan, UT - Enoch City Offices, 900 E Midvalley Road, Enoch, UT - Heritage Center, 105 N 100 E, Cedar City, UT (New Location) All drop box locations are open 24 hours and will close at 8:00 p.m. on Election Day unless otherwise noted. - Beryl Junction, 71 E Highway 56, Beryl - Brian Head Town, 56 N Hwy 143, Brian Head - Cedar City Parking Garage, 71 N 100 E, Cedar City - Parowan Courthouse, 68 S 100 E, Parowan - Enoch City, 900 E Midvalley Rd, Enoch - Kanarraville Town Hall, 40 S Main St, Kanarraville - Paragnoah Town , 44 N 100 W, Paragonah (During regular business hours) TRACK THE STATUS AND RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS OF YOUR BY MAIL BALLOT WITH ballottrax.utah.gov/voter/
