- The Mt. Pleasant City Community Development & Renewal Agency Board will hold a Regular Meeting on October 8th, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers, 115 West Main, Mt. Pleasant, Utah. 1. Welcome - Chairperson 2. Roll Call - Secretary 3. Approval of Minutes - Chairperson September 10th, 2024, Regular CDRA Meeting held at 6:00pm. 4. Approval of Claims - Chairperson Invoice Register dated 09/01/2024 to 09/30/2024 in the amount of $100,175.56 5. CDRA Executive Director Report 6. CDRA Chairperson Report 7. Discussion/Action: a. Installation of Park Restrooms - Justin Atkinson 8. Adjourn In Accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) this facility is wheelchair accessible and handicap parking is available. Request for accommodation and interpretive services must be made 8 hours prior to the meeting. Please contact the city office at 462-2456 for information or assistance. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was posted this 4th day of October 2024.
