- Notice of Meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Richfield Sevier County, Utah PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2024, at the Richfield City Center, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 6:00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated or the line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. Roll Call 2. Select an Interim Chairperson 3. Conditional Use Permits/Home Occupation Permits a. Jared Cephalia - To request a conditional use permit for a second drive through at his business plaza development at the corner of Main Street and 400 South. This is C-1 use in a CS Commercial Shopping Zone. b. Audrey Knight - To request conditional use permit to operate an animal grooming business at 92 South Main Street. A C-1 Use in a Downtown Zone. c. Tyson Curtis - To request a conditional use to establish a commercial retail business at the old Pizza Hut site. A C-1 use in a CG Commercial General Zone. d. Braden Seegmiller - To request a conditional use for the Roots at Richfield development, a Multiple Family (five or more units) facility. This is a C-2 Use in a RM-24 Zone e. Kellie Lindgren, America Garcia and Jessica Prescott - To request a conditional use permit to operate a business called Black Rabbit Tattoo at 46 N. Main Street. A C-1 use in a Downtown Zone. f. Wendy Roberts - Requesting a conditional use permit for a cargo container to be placed at Flying J. A C-1 use in a CG zone. 4. Discussion Items - a. Sign Ordinance - Joseph Meacham - Severo Restaurant to discuss the sign ordinance and how to improve it for the downtown zone. 5. Minutes Approval - a. Minutes of July 10, 2024, Planning Commission Meeting. b. Minutes of the August 7, 2024, Planning Commission Meeting c. Minutes of the August 19, 2024, joint Planning Commission/City Council work session. 6. Other Business 7. Adjournment.
