- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given to the public of Wayne County by the Wayne County Special Service District #3 that a public hearing will be held Monday, September 30, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. in the Wayne County Courthouse, 18 South Main, Loa, UT 84747, to adopt by resolution a general fund budget for 2025. A copy of the tentative budget for 2025 is on file with the Wayne County Clerk/Auditor and is available for public inspection during regular office hours, Monday through Friday.
