Consideration and possible approval of a bid to construct phase 1 of the City's irrigation expansion project - Ken Richins 4. Consideration and possible approval of a bid to construct the irrigation pond, filters, and booster station for the irrigation expansion project - Ken Richins 5. Discussion regarding public infrastructure and possible approval to move forward with a power line extension to the area south of Sky Ranch - Mike Vercimak and Scott Hughes NEW BUSINESS 1. Consideration and possible approval of a proclamation joining Washington County Youth Coalition (WCYC) in a 2024-2025 Alcohol-Free School Year for Youth - WCYC Coalition 2. Discussion and possible approval of a Power Line Extension request for Hurricane Cliffs. -Todd Getz 3. Discussion and possible approval of a Power Line Extension request for Strawberry Fields. -Kyson Spendlove 4.
