- The next regular meeting of the Permanent Community Impact Fund Board (CIB) will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2024 at 1385 South State Street ~ Conference Room 157, Salt Lake City, Utah. The meeting will start at 9:00 a.m. with the staff briefing for the CIB. The action portion of the CIB meeting will start after the completion of the staff briefing. AGENDA 1. Priority Projects 4.1 Monroe City - $350,000 Grant Stormwater Improvement Project 4.2 Town of Redmond - $1,085,000 Grant Wastewater Improvements Project 4.3 Town of Glenwood - $349,549 ($222,549 Grant, $127,000 Loan 10 Yr. @1.0%) 2024 Pavement Project 4.4 Richfield City Municipal Building Authority - $9,208,000 ($3,683,000 Grant, $5,525,000 Loan 30 Yr. @ 2.0%) New Pool Facility 2025 4.5 Town of Wales - $600,000 Grant Culinary Water Line Loop 4.6 Town of Dutch John - $2,063,000 ($1,103,000 Grant, $960,000 Loan 5 Yr. @ 0.0%) Road Improvements - Dutch John North & South Boulevard 4.7 Beaver City - $6,967,000 ($4,180,000 Grant, $2,787,000 Loan 30 Yr. @ 2.0%) Sewer Infrastructure Improvements 4.8 Northwestern Special Service District - $220,671 Grant 2024 F350 Quick Response Ambulance 4.9 Town of Randolph - $165,200 Grant Road Improvements 4.10 Town of Deweyville - $348,000 Grant Parking Lot for Town Hall / Park 4.11 Wayne County - $2,489,000 Grant Emergency Services Building 5. Supplemental and Change of Scope 7.1 Enoch City - $500,000 loan for 30y @ 2.5% Police Department Expansion (Original funding October 5, 2023 $1,460,000 loan for 30Y @ 2.5% (total $1,560,000) 7.2 Heber Valley Special Service District - $0 - Change of Scope ONLY Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrade Phase I (Original funding October 5, 2023 $12,909,000 loan for 20Y @ 2.5%; Applicant Cash $7,500,000 (total $20,409,000) 7.3 Town of Koosharem - $90,000 grant New Community Center - include paved parking lot (Original funding June 1, 2023 $1,400,000.00 grant) 10-3-2024 $60,000 applicant cash has been added. 8. Special Consideration - 8.1 Monticello City - $90,000 grant Emergency Flood Mitigation 8.2 Hildale City - $3,079,000 grant Maxwell Canyon Public Utility and Access Improvements (Water, Sewer, Road) 9. Board Member Discussion and/or Action Items 9.1 Policy language update and approval by the Board - Add Priority List Policy Language Review Meeting Language to add: - (Projects placed on the 'Prioritization List' represent projects thoroughly discussed at the review meeting and the terms of the funding package have been established for potential authorization at a funding meeting.)
