- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Planning Commission of Fairfield, Utah Shall hold a Regular Meeting on October 2, 2024 @ 7:00 P.M. At the Fairfield Town Office 103 East Main Street Fairfield, Utah Regular Agenda Call to Order and Roll Call Approval of Minutes Vote to approve the Regular Session minutes from September 4, 2024. Site Plan Review Discussion on the Garth Jacklin Site Plan. Vote to approve Garth Jacklin's Site Plan. Lot Line adjustment and Zone change Discussion for Bryce Thomas. Vote to approve or deny the Cedar Valley Industrial Park Final Plat located approximately 600 South 250 West Fairfield. ADU Ordinance Discussion of the ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) ordinance. Vote on approval or deny the ADU ordinance for recommendation to the Town Council. Mayor's Report Update on the General Plan and other ordinances. Old Business Discussion of any outstanding items. New Business Introduction of any new items for consideration. Action Items Review of tasks and actions to be completed.
