The Board of the Local Building Authority of Emery County: Commissioner Lynn Sitterud Commissioner Jordan Leonard Commissioner Keven Jensen AGENDA Approval of May 7, 2024 and June 24, 2024 LBA Meeting Minutes. Approval of any bills to be paid through the Local Building Authority. Ratification of signing of no-cost lease agreement between Emery County, Emery County LBA, the San Rafael Special Service District and OED regarding the San Rafael Energy Research Center. Ratification of signing of Grant Amendment to contract # 24-DWS-0376 regarding additional CIB Funding for the Huntington Senior Citizen Center Project. Any other business which may regularly come before the Board. Adjourn.
