- PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Rush Valley Town Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Rush Valley Town Hall, 52 South Park Street, Rush Valley, Utah. AMENDED AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Pledge of Allegiance/Roll Call 2. Approval of Meeting Minutes for 08-28-2024 3. Sheriff's Report 4. Mayor's Recognition Award 5. Approval of Lot Line Adjustment Between Andrew Byers and Geneil Russell 6. Approval to Purchase Advertising Banners and Rack Cards for Clover Church 7. Approval to Refinish Stage Floor at Clover Church 8. Consideration to Amend Quote for Road Shouldering 9. Consideration of New Fire Department Members (Marcus Dethloff and Jake Smith) 10. Approval for Application of Logos and Striping on Rescue 91 Truck 11. Approval to Purchase Emergency Lights and Radio for Rescue 91 Truck 12. Fire Department Report 13. Council Reports 14. Safety Topic 15. Payment of Bills 16. Public Comments 17.
