- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 08, 2024 at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: 1. A request to change the general plan designation from LDR (Low Density Residential) to MDR (Medium Density Residential) on approximately 9.49 acres located on the east side of River Road, across from Fort Pierce Drive (approximately 1950 South). The applicant is Park Bench, LLC. Case No. 2024-GPA-008.
