- NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE EMERY COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT EMERY COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Emery County Fire Protection Special Service District will meet at 5:30 p.m. on January 17th , 2023, in the Emery County Courthouse located at 75 East MainStreet, Castle Dale, Utah in the Box Conference Room. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Welcome commissioner Jordan Leonard. 2. Approval of minutes for December 2022 meeting. 3. Local Building Authority Agenda Item: - 5:30am A public hearing to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of the Bonds for financing the purchase of fire trucks and any potential economic impact that the Project financed in whole or in part with the proceeds of the Bonds may have on the private sector. 4. UFRA comments and business. 5. Forestry, Fire and State Lands comments and business. 6. BLM comments and business. 7. Board Training is on 24th of January 8. Radio Update 9. Fire Truck Replacement Project. Phase 2 Update: Mark 10. Fire Truck Replacement Project. Phase 3 Update: Mark 11. NEW MOU update 12. County Training Committee. 13. Motion to pay the bills. 14. Chief's round table. 15. Citizens' concerns
