- AMERICAN FORK RIVER DEBRIS BASIN ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD MEETING AGENDA THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2023 NOTICE is hereby given that the American Fork River Debris Basin Administrative Board will meet in a regular session on Thursday, February 2, 2023, in the Cedar Hills City Conference Room, 10246 N Canyon Road, Cedar Hills, Utah commencing at 12:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ACTION ITEMS 1) ACTION TO APPROVE THE BUDGET FOR FY24 2) ACTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE JANUARY 12, 2023 MEETING. 3) ACTION TO APPROVE INVOICES FOR PAYMENT a) City of Cedar Hills-Lunch invoice DISCUSSION ITEMS: 4) UPDATE ON THE OUTLET STRUCTURE PROJECT 5) HORROCKS INVOICES OTHER ITEMS: 6) CHANGE JULY MEETING DATE TO JULY 20TH ADJOURMENT: NEXT MEETING: APRIL 13, 2023 CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Melanie Clark, certify that the foregoing agenda was posted at the principal office of the public body, at the Cedar Hills City Recreation Center, American Fork City Police Station, on the Utah State website (http://pmn.utah.gov), and on Cedar Hills City's website (www.cedarhills.org). In accordance with Americans with Disabilities Act, Cedar Hills City will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting.
