- CLARKSTON TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and a regular meeting on the 18th day of September 2024 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call Public Hearing to Order - Mike Hansen from the Hansen Group - Public Hearing to hear on the following: - Subdivision Ordinance additions and updates 2. Adjourn to Regular Planning Commission Meeting - Approve minutes from August 14, 2024. 3. Permits/Business Licenses - Business License: Jordan Oliver - Clarkston Soda Shack LLC - 15 North Main - Outstanding Building Permits: - Jordan Oliver - Zoning Clearance - 15 North Main - Brady Patterson - Zoning Clearance - 288 N. 100 W. - Russell Davis - City Inspect Building Permit - 322 North Main 4. Business - Subdivision Ordinance Discussion 5. Public Comment 6. Adjourn In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Deputy Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
