- MEETING AGENDA Public access is available electronically. See https://dutchjohn.org/electronic-meetings for more details. CALL TO ORDER / PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLECALL: 1. CONSENT AGENDA The Consent portion of the Agenda is a means of expediting routine matters that must be acted on by the Council. All items approved will be done by one undebatable motion passed unanimously. Any item may be removed for debate on request of any Council member. Items removed from the Consent portion become the first item of business of the regular agenda. 1.1 Minutes of meeting: August 28, 2024 1.2 Business Licenses: None 1.3 Expenditures: Voucher List 1.4 Correspondence: 1.5 Financial Report: 2. COMMITTEE/STAFF REPORTS 3. PUBLIC COMMENT Limited to 5 minutes per individual or group spokesperson. Members of the public may address the Town Council on matters that are not listed on the meeting agenda. The Council cannot discuss or take legal action on any matters during the Public Comment, unless the matters are properly noticed for discussion and legal action. Council members may respond to those who have addressed the Council or may ask that a matter be put on a future agenda. All Town Council meetings are recorded. 4. OLD BUSINESS 4.1 CIB Grant/Loan for North and South Blvd - Discussion 4.2 Rescind Fire Restriction - Discussion and Possible Action 5. NEW BUSINESS 5.1 Cicada Cove Culvert Repairs - Discussion and Possible Action 5.2 Road Sweeping - Discussion 5.3 Planning & Zoning Subdivision Ordinance - Discussion 5.4 Deputy Clerk Position - Discussion 5.5 Planning and Zoning Discussion Items: 5.5.1 Paper Building Permits No Longer Accepted After October 1st 5.5.2 Add 5% Service Fee to Building Permits 6. Executive Session, if necessary* Pursuant to 52-4-20 7. Adjournment
