- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold its work meeting on Monday, April 1, 2024. The meeting will begin at 7:00 pm. The meeting will be held at 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. This meeting is open to the public, but no comments will be taken. 7:00 pm 1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 2. ROLL CALL. 3. DISCUSSION ITEMS: a. Shay Morrison, Community Advisor Six County Association of Governments: - Capital Improvement Plan - CDBG Income Survey - CIB Annual Survey - Municipality Transient Room Tax ( UCA 59-12-3A) - City or town option sales and use tax for highways or to fund a system for public transit -- Base -- Rate. (UCA 59-12-2215) b. Maintenance Technician Reports. c. Review of Building Permit for Todd Ryan - VersaTube Building. d. Discussion on Amending Zoning Ordinance to allow Twin Homes. e. Discussion on the use and control of the Road Base and Top Soil piles. f. Discussion on possibility of hiring Summer Hires. g. Discussion on iWORQ Quote for Licensing Module (Business & Animal Licenses) for next budget year. h. Discussion on drafting a Travel Policy and updating Procurement Policy. 4. ADJOURNMENT.
