- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold their Regular Council Meeting on Monday, March 11, 2024, Meeting will begin at 7:00 pm, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah. Residents that would like to address the Council must submit their question or concern in writing to the City Office at least 3 hours prior to the meeting. Written comments, which will be read into public record, may be submitted via email eurekacity@eurekautah.org. The agenda shall be as follows: 7:00 pm - 7:20 pm PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. ROLL CALL. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES. TREASURER'S REPORT. CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY. REPORT OF OFFICERS AND COMMITTEES. 1. Mayor and City Council Committees. A. Christopher Dever. B. Robert Trepanier. C. Travis Haynes. D. Thomas Nedreberg. E. Greg Evans. F. Jeremy Snell. 2. Maintenance Technician Report. 7:20 pm DISCUSSION ITEMS/ACTION ITEMS. 1. Shay Morrison - Six County, Review of Draft Ordinances. - Transient Room Tax - Highway Tax 2. Lindsey Andrus/Barbara Palfreyman - Discussion on Rezoning property for Twin Homes. 3. In-Home Business License Approval - Amanda Bigler, Tintic Valley Insurance. 4. Boyd Knight - Proposal to help fund and promote the restoration of the Old Miners Union Building. 5. Discussion on Job Description and Budget for Code Enforcement Officer. 6. Review and Approval of 2023 Fraud Risk Assessment. 8:15 pm CITIZEN COMMENTS. (Citizens who had submitted their question or concerns in writing prior to the meeting may speak at this time, if present, but will be limited to two minutes each.). 8:30 pm ADJOURNMENT. 8:40 pm EXECUTIVE SESSION 1. Discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual.
