- CITY OF TAYLORSVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers at 2600 W. Taylorsville Boulevard on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. before the Taylorsville City Council. Person(s) wishing to make a public comment may attend the meeting or submit comments via email to tbergeson@taylorsvilleut.gov or via phone/voicemail to (385) 308-0534, no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the regularly scheduled meeting time. City staff will share submitted comments with the Planning Commission members; all comments received are added to the public record. The following issues will be open to public hearing: ZONING MAP AMENDMENT Ordinance No. 24-09: An Ordinance of the City of Taylorsville Approving a Zoning Map Amendment for the Property Located at 4768 S. Redwood Road in Taylorsville, Utah from Community Commercial to Boulevard Commercial. File: 5Z24 - DCA-000481-2024 Applicant: Elias Cannas Location: 4768 S Redwood Rd Presenter: Terryne Bergeson, Planner I ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT Ordinance No. 24-10: An Ordinance of the City of Taylorsville Approving a Zoning Text Amendment to Taylorsville Municipal Code Chapter 13.38 SSD-X Bennion Point Zoning District. File: 4Z24 - DCA-000479-2024 Applicant: Andy Hubbard, Great Basin Engineering Location: 6020; 6030; 6040; 6084; 6133 S.
