- Levan Town PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the mayor and members of the Town Council of the Town of Levan, Juab County, State of Utah, will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, the 25th of June 2024 at its regular meeting place, the Levan Town Hall, 20 North Main, Levan, Utah at 6:30 P.M. The agenda shall be as follows: The order of the agenda items may change. 1.Opening Ceremonies: Welcome: Invocation: Pledge of Allegiance: Special Town Council Agenda: 2.Discussion Items: 3. Action Items: a. Approve 2023-2024 Fiscal Year Budget Amendments b. Adopt 2024 Property Tax Rate (no increase) c. Approve 2024-2025 Fiscal Year Budget 4.Public Comments: Each speaker may be provided up to two minutes to speak. In addition to topics on the agenda, the council may allow public comment on other topics. 6.Adjourn: In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act Levan Town will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting. To request assistance, contact the Levan Town Office at 435-623-1959. I hereby certify that the foregoing agenda was posted at the Levan Town Hall Levan Post Office, Good 2 Go, and online at www.levantown.org and www.utah.gov/pmn.
