- Tremonton City Corporation Development Review Committee September 18, 2024 Meeting to be held at 102 South Tremont Street 9:30 a.m. AMENDED AGENDA 1. Approval of agenda 2. Approval of minutes - August 7, 2024 & August 21, 2024 3. New Business: a. Discussion and consideration of final approval for Envision Estates, Phase 1, Phase 2, and Development Agreement - Ben Steele b. Discussion of Paul Johnson's concept plan c. Discussion of Rivers Edge Master Development Agreement with the Triio Group d. Walk-ins: * Comments/Reports: 4. Public comments: This is an opportunity to address the Staff regarding your concerns or ideas. Please limit your comments to five minutes. 5. Adjournment Persons with disabilities needing special assistance to participate in this meeting should contact Tiffany Lannefeld no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting. Notice was posted September 16, 2024, a date not less than 24 hours prior to the date and time of the meeting and remained so posted until after said meeting.
