- Approval of the Agenda Oliver Flake with Jessica & Larry Chalmers have applied for a 2 lot small subdivision (Snowflake Homestead) North of Fountain Green located in the Agriculture zone. Parcel # S-20355, and S-20355X Public Hearing for Abraham Compton has filed a Petition to amend the plat of the Maple Canyon Farms Subdivision lot 3. The affected property is located Northwest of Moroni in the Agriculture zone. This will be adding 5 additional lots to lot 3 in the subdivision. Parcel # S-10141X2 The Bingham LLC (Dwayne Watson) has applied for a 7 lot major subdivision (Fox Springs Estates) 1/2-mile North of Spring City. The 7 lots would be 5.50 acres, 5.51 acres, 5.00 acres, 5.02 acres, 5.00 acres, 5.02 acres, and 5.00 acres. They are located in the Agriculture zone.
