- Tremonton City Corporation Planning Commission August 13, 2024 Meeting to be held at 102 South Tremont Street 5:30 p.m. AGENDA 1. Approval of agenda 2. Declaration of Conflict of Interest 3. Public Comments 4. Approval of minutes - June 25, 2024 & July 23, 2024 5. New Business: a. Introduction and welcome of Andrea Miller to Planning Commission b. Discussion and consideration of amending Development Agreement for Homes at Tremonton - Spencer Butterfield c. Discussion and consideration of updates to Chapter 1.18 Landscaping, Buffering, & Fencing Regulations 6. Planning commission comments/reports 7. Adjournment Anchor location for Electronic Meeting by Telephone Device. With the adoption of Ordinance No. 13-04, the Commission may participate per Electronic Meeting Rules. Please make arrangements in advance. Persons with disabilities needing special assistance to participate in this meeting should contact Tiffany Lannefeld no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting. Notice was posted August 12, 2024, a date not less than 24 hours prior to the date and time of the meeting and remained so posted until after said meeting.
