Welcome and Introduction 2. Approve Minutes from November's Meeting: Treasurer's Report: All is good. receipts have been recorded. 3. Report from Park/Rec: 4. Current Business: a. New Members meeting the Mayor i. Providing them context and detail regarding position. Meeting will be done by Jan. Deon will contact the Mayor. Brent will follow-up with the Mayor. b. Realign organize areas for yard of the month c. Appointments for positions on the committee d. Committee Items i. Coming with plans to update the rose garden and promote gardening and plant care. 5. Announcements? 6. Next meeting: Jan. 12th @ 7:00pmTabled Items 7. Time to Adjourn
