- The next regular meeting of the Permanent Community Impact Fund Board (CIB) will be held on Thursday, September 5, 2024 at 1385 South State Street ~ Conference Room 157, Salt Lake City, Utah. The meeting will start at 9:00 a.m. with the staff briefing for the CIB. The action portion of the CIB meeting will start after the completion of the staff briefing. AGENDA 1. Supplemental Requests 7.1 Escalante City MBA - $400,000 ($240,000 Grant, $160,000 Loan 30 Yr. @ 1.0%) New Medical Center (Original funding October 5, 2023 $620,000 loan for 30 years @ 1.0% and a $940,000 grant (total $1,560,000) 7.2 Naples City - $1,700,000 ($1,250,000 Grant, $450,000 Loan 20 Yr. @ 0.5%) Storm Water Preservation, Road Crossings & Road Safety Project (Original funding October 1, 2020 $1,262,000 grant and a $473,000 loan for 20 years @ 0.5% (total $1,735,000) (Naples, Vernal, Uintah County Cash: $99,000; UDOT $150,000; NRCS $561,000 ) 7.3 Heber City - $7,581,000 loan 30y @ 1.5% Sewer & Pressurized Irrigation Phase 1 - 2023 (Original funding February 3, 2022 $20,509,000 loan for 30 years @ 1.5%) This loan has closed. This will be a supplemental loan for the same scope of work. 8.
