- NOTICE OF MEETING TO BE HELD IN THE PUBLIC OF TRENTON THE TRENTON TOWN COUNCIL Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Trenton Town Council and to the general public that the Trenton Town Council will hold a meeting on Tuesday August 13, 2024 at 7:00 p.m., in the Trenton Town Hall at 17 East Main, Trenton, Utah. AGENDA 1. Meeting called to order Mayor Lynn Payne 2. Approval of Agenda 3. Approval of Minutes June 13, 2024 June 18, 2024 July 18, 2024 PUBLIC COMMENTS Comments will be taken from the public on items that are not on the agenda. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to five (5) minutes 1. Bike Race Ordinance Discussion 2. Discussion on Speed limit on 1200 East- Darrell Merrill 3. Discussion regarding social media notice of meeting 4. Review of 24th celebration 5. Source Protection Ordinance discussion 6. Questions regarding Zoning Clearance- Ryan Clark, IFA 7. Discussion regarding payment on road repair on 400 East- Councilmember Donny Merrill 8. Encroachment Ordinance Councilmembers may update members on matters or bring issues to the attention of the Council. No action can be taken on these issues. NOTE: Times listed for each item on the agenda may be accelerated if time permits NOTE: The Town Council may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-205.
