- Notice is herby given that Proposition #12 Repealing Uintah County Resolution #5-21-2024 R1 will be on the November 5, 2024 General Election ballot, the tentative language is below: Proposition Number 12 Shall Uintah County Resolution #5-21-2024 R1 imposing a 0.3% local option sales tax for public safety purposes under U.C.A. 59-12-2216 be repealed? To prepare a written argument for or against a special local ballot proposition, an eligible voter shall file a request with the Uintah County Clerk before 5 p.m. no later than 64 days (September 3rd) before the day of the election at which the proposition is to be voted on.
