- NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE Central Utah Water Conservancy District In Wasatch County The CENTRAL UTAH WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The CENTRAL UTAH WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT tax on a $555,000 residence would increase from $116.08 to $122.10, which is $6.02 per year. - The CENTRAL UTAH WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT tax on a $555,000 business would increase from $211.06 to $222.00, which is $10.94 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, CENTRAL UTAH WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 2.62% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.
