- Toquerville City ORDINANCE SUMMARY On August 22, 2024, the City Council of Toquerville City adopted the following ordinance(s): ORDINANCE 2024.18 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RESTATING IN ITS ENTIRETY TITLE 10, CHAPTER 13, ARTICLE A OF THE TOQUERVILLE CITY CODE TO CREATE AN ALLOWED USE TABLE, MODIFY PHYSICAL RESTRICTIONS AND SPECIAL REGULATIONS FOR BUSINESS AND MANUFACTURING ZONES.
