- HIGHLAND CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF QUORUM Tuesday, June 11, 2024 6:00 pm Site Tour Notice is Hereby Given that the Highland City Council will be attending a site tour at the following locations, beginning with Spring Creek at 6:00 pm. Spring Creek: 9900 North Mountain View Drive Freedom Elementary trail: 10363 N 6680 W New Canterbury Trail: 6580 W Avery Ave Mountain Ridge Park: 5691 W 10400 N CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Stephannie Cottle, the duly appointed City Recorder, certify that the foregoing notice was posted at the principal office of the public body, the Utah State Public Notice website (http://pmn.utah.gov) and on Highland City's website (www.highlandcity.org).
