- NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE Draper City The Draper City is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The Draper City tax on a $764,000 residence would increase from $336.16 to $408.01, which is $71.85 per year. - The Draper City tax on a $764,000 business would increase from $611.20 to $741.84, which is $130.64 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, Draper City would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 21.41% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase. Date/Time: Location: PUBLIC HEARING 8/14/2024 6:00 P.M. Draper City Hall Council Chamber 1020 E Pioneer Rd Draper To obtain more information regarding the tax increase, citizens may contact Draper City at 801-567-6318.
