Approve Minutes of the Previous Meeting b. Approve Purchase Orders, Payroll and Payment of Bills c. Licenses and Permits COMMUNICATIONS AND REQUESTS a. Millard High School Student Council to request permission from city council to hold the MHS Fire Rally for 2024. b. Abe Johnson - Discuss deed from Fillmore Water Users and electricity to the Fillmore Water Users' shop on 100 North. OTHER BUSINESS BROUGHT BEFORE COUNCIL a. Abe Johnson - Request funding for and update/information regarding the 2024 Old Capitol Arts Festival. b. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 24-16, to correct Exhibit 'A' from Resolution 24-02, which increased residential and commercial electric rates by two cents ($0.02) per kilowatt hour. COUNCIL/CITY ATTORNEY/MAYOR DEPARTMENT REPORTS (Identification of issues for consideration on future agendas)
