- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council a regular Council Meeting Monday August 5, 2024 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the July 1, 2024 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 Chad Blomquist: Water line update 3. 5:15 Minersville students: 4-H Stock show support 4. 5:25 Larry and Lori Bailey: 400 west road right-of-way update 5. 5:35 Jen Wakeland: Economic Development update 6. 5:45 Dale & Christine Dotson: Water concerns 7. 5:55 Gaelynn Breinholt: Business License 8. 6:00 4th of July review 9. 6:05 Property clean up letter update 10. 6:15 National Day of Service 11. 6:20 Andrea Johnson: rec league 12. 6:30 Job applications 13. 6:40 Town building roof leak 14. 6:45 Brad Eyre: Road repairs 15. 6:55 Pay bills 16. 7:00 Other business Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting electronically.
